Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
You keep read access to your files for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can download everything. After 30 days, encrypted data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Individual files can be up to 5 GB on all plans. Enterprise customers who need to transfer larger files should contact us about our chunked upload pipeline.
All data is stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Helsinki) by default. Enterprise customers can choose additional residency options, including US-only or Asia-Pacific regions.
