Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
You keep read access to your workspace for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can export all documents. After 30 days, workspace data is permanently deleted from our servers.
We offer 50% off Pro plans for registered nonprofits and accredited educational institutions. Contact us with proof of status and we will apply the discount to your account.
Individual documents and attachments can be up to 5 GB on all plans. Enterprise customers who need to handle larger assets should contact us about our chunked import pipeline.
All data is stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Helsinki) by default. Enterprise customers can choose additional residency options, including US-only or Asia-Pacific regions.
